Lauren Maurer Artworks

This fun painting deserves a fun name!

Filed under: loose watercolor, pink flowers, san Francisco — laurenmaurerartworks @ 10:29 pm

The first painting from my trip to San Francisco! Not of a landmark! We went to breakfast and on the way out I saw this gorgeous arrangement of flowers outside of a little market shop. I’ve got some more photos of my trip that I really want to paint… of The Golden Gate Bridge, Sonoma Valley, trolleys with the  city in the background and more. I hope to get to all of those, but I couldn’t resist a fun, quick little loose watercolor of this artistic arrangement.  Any ideas for naming it?

In other news, Better Homes and Gardens will be using some of my dress paintings for a bedroom photo shoot! I always pictures them in a bedroom, and I’m excited to see how they use them!
